Mid Atlantic Flash Flooding Threat

An upper level low will stall over the Ohio Valley for the next few days. This will set up a very wet pattern for parts of the Mid Atlantic starting tonight and lasting through early Friday morning. Rainfall totals of 3-5″ are possible, with some spots potentially picking up higher amounts. As a result, a Flash Flood Watch has been issued from parts of northern Virginia to south central Pennsylvania.
